I'm still experimenting with cheeks. They come out delicious and the whole family loves them. This time I have made them with natural tomato, which is cooked next to the meat in the glass and at the end there is a juicy and honeyed set that can be accompanied with a White rice or with mashed potatoes. Delicious.
If I had to choose, I'd stick with the cheeks in old-fashioned sauce that I presented to you a few weeks ago, but these with tomato are the favorites of my children, that leave the plate scraped and take advantage of every last crumb of bread.
