I had guests and wanted a appetizer of a creamy pate to fill some tartlets or to dip with rawness (raw vegetables cut into sticks) type dips. I looked at what I had in the fridge and the thing was not very abundant, but it did have stored aubergine garnish from the one we did a few days ago, I mixed it with cheese spread and ... voila, I got a mutabal exquisite that was a success.
