These burgers They are made with mixed minced meat (pork and beef). But they are not the traditional hamburgers because among their ingredients we also find Parmesan cheese and cottage cheese. Do you want to know how they are made? Well, we show it to you in this video. You can see how the dough is left -which has a different color due to the cheese and the parsley-, how to shape them and, something interesting, how to cook them in the varoma container.

Then it only remains to serve them and for that you have several options. In the video you can see the one that children like the most, with the typical Hamburger buns. But if you don't want to complicate your life, you can also serve them on the plate, without bread, and with a good salad. In both cases you will get a very complete meal that is prepared in half an hour.

A different burger because it is made with minced meat, Parmesan and cottage cheese.

Ingredients

  • 70 g of Parmesan cheese
  • 50 g of breadcrumbs
  • Parsley
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Dried oregano
  • 320 g of mixed minced meat (pork and beef)
  • 180 g cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 yolk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 600 g of tap water

Plus:

  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Cheese
  • Hamburger 'bread

Preparation

  1. We put the Parmesan, the breadcrumbs, the parsley, the garlic and the oregano in the glass. We crush during 10 seconds at speed 10.

  2. Add the meat, cottage cheese, egg, yolk, salt and pepper. We program 20 seconds, speed 6.

  3. We divide the dough into portions (we can make from 4 to 7 hamburgers, depending on the size we want them to be) and we shape them into a hamburger.

  4. We put our hamburgers in the container and on the varoma tray, if we want on greaseproof paper. We close the varoma container with the lid and reserve.

  5. We wash and dry the glass. We put the water in it. We close the glass and place the varoma container in its position. We program 25 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

  6. We carefully remove the lid from the varoma container and, if we want to serve the hamburgers in hamburger buns, we prepare them. We can use lettuce, tomato, mustard, ketchup ... Another option is to serve them on a plate, without the bread and with salad.
