Happy New Year! We start this 2023 with a sweet, simple and delicious recipe: some chocolates of cherries in syrup.

With this recipe we will learn to melt chocolate in Thermomix, at 37º. That temperature ensures that the chocolate does not burn and that it is always perfect.

I don't know if you know the cherries in syrup. The best known are from the Fabbri brand. They come in a white jar with blue letters and they look great like that, in the form of a chocolate.

If you have leftover chocolate, do not hesitate to prepare this dessert: rice pudding with fondant chocolate. And, if you have leftover cherries, don't worry because they are delicious with everything (yogurts, cakes...)

Ingredients

  • 210 g of chocolate fondant
  • About 15 cherries in syrup (amarena Fabbri type)

Preparation

  1. The day before, or a few hours before starting the recipe, we took the 15 cherries out of the jar and let them drain. To do this we will put the cherries in a strainer that will in turn be on a bowl. We can let them drain in the fridge.

  2. We start with the recipe, melting the chocolate. We put the chocolate in pieces in the glass. we program 10 seconds, speed 7.

  3. We schedule below 4 minutes, 37º, speed 3.

  4. We lower in the spatula what has been left on the walls of the glass. we program 1 minute, 371, speed 3.

  5. We put our melted chocolate in a bowl. With the help of two toothpicks, we are coating the cherries in the chocolate, one by one and carefully.

  6. We are leaving them on a sheet of baking paper.

  7. We let a few hours pass until the chocolate solidifies. And we already have them ready.
