I just made them for dinner. And they are so delicious that I could not resist publishing them running on the blog. Are the chicken and mango delicacies, One Chicken meatballs accompanied by an exotic salsa, between sweet and spicy, of soybean y miel.

I have accompanied them with a little boiled rice as a garnish and, as I have left over mango, I made a dessert mango lassi which was terrific.

The chicken and mango delicacies are meat and fruit dumplings accompanied by an exotic sauce, between sweet and spicy, of soy and honey.

Ingredients

For the meatballs:

500 g boneless chicken breast
100 g of peeled mango
1 egg yolk
15 g cornstarch
1 dessert teaspoon of honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 dessert teaspoon of curry
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon heaped with salt
grated skin of half a lime

For la salsa:

the juice of half a lime
1 / 2 chilli
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 dessert teaspoons of honey
50 ml oil
1 teaspoon peanut butter (optional)

Preparation

Heat the oven to 200º with the fan function
Put all the sauce ingredients in the glass and program 20 seconds, speed 7. Pour into a container, cover and reserve in the fridge.
If cleaning the glass, introduce the breast cut into large pieces and a teaspoon of salt and blend during 4 seconds, speed 4.
Add the rest of the ingredients and program 10 seconds, speed 2.
A soft dough will remain, form balls (they are rather mounds) and place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. To form the balls, you have to wet your hands with water because if not, the dough will stick to your hands.
Place in the oven preheated to 200º, with fan function, for 12 minutes.
Serve accompanied by the sauce.

Notes

With the aforementioned quantities, about 20 meatballs come out.[br][br]They can be served with boiled rice.[br][br]It is important to cook them in the oven with a fan function so that they lose liquid and remain compact but juicy.
