With this heat, you don't feel like cooking, right? Well today we propose a very complete chicken recipe that is prepared in a short time and using only Thermomix. In the video that you will find at the end of this post you will see how to do it.

They are chicken fillets cooked varoma that we will serve on a simple red pepper cream. We will accompany everything with some vegetables, to make it a balanced dish.

We will use the varoma and the basket to get the most out of our machine. If you like this type of recipes, here are two proposals that can suit you: A chicken in sauce with vegetable garnish y a full menu of zucchini and corn cream, herb chicken and steamed vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 150 g potato, peeled and diced
  • 150 g carrot, peeled and diced
  • 150 g of diced zucchini
  • 100 g frozen peas
  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • Sal Island
  • Ground black pepper
  • Flour (XNUMXg)
  • 1000 g of water
  • 200 ge red bell pepper, washed and cut into pieces
  • 2 or 4 slices of cooked ham, depending on the size
  • A few slices of cheese
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Put the pieces of potato, carrot, zucchini and peas in the varoma container.

  2. We add salt and pepper to the chicken fillets. We pass them through flour and we place them on the varoma tray.

  3. We place the varoma tray in its position, close with its lid and reserve.

  4. We put the water and 1 teaspoon of salt in the glass. We put the basket in its position and add the peppers. We place the cover and, on this, the varoma. We program 25 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

  5. We carefully remove the cover of the varoma. On each chicken fillet we place one or a half slice of ham and, if we want, one or more slices of cheese. We put the lid back on the varoma and put it in position. We program 1 minute, varoma temperature, speed 1.

  6. We carefully remove the varoma and reserve it.

  7. With the spatula, we remove the basket. We remove the water that is in the glass and add the cooked peppers. We program 30 seconds, speed 10.

  8. We put the pepper sauce in a bowl and put a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. We also put a drizzle of oil on the vegetables

  9. We assemble the dishes by putting one or two tablespoons of pepper sauce at the base of each plate. On the sauce we put the chicken fillet and, on one side, the vegetable garnish.
