    Ascen, could you please tell me what seeds or species are needed to be able to make "Garam Masala" and Ras el hanout "... I already make the vegetable salt, and the Tahini, but I would like to know how to make these other ones.

      Hello Núria:
      The Garam masala contains cumin, coriander, cardamom, black pepper, cloves, bay leaf and cinnamon. You can also have chili powder, nutmeg and fennel.
      Ras el hanout has cloves, cinnamon and black pepper. It can also have cardamom, nutmeg, ginger, turmeric, chilli ...

    I want to try this recipe but point 2 is not clear to me. Where in the middle of the paragraph it says »Add ... another egg? bread crumbs? breadcrumbs is not for coating only? and at the beginning one egg is laid ... do you have to put 2? in the meat mixture? Thank you.
