Ingredients

  • 50 g cheese spread (Philadelphia type)
  • 75 g mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon (coffee) basil
  • 1 teaspoon (of coffee) oregano
  • 1 teaspoon (coffee) mustard

Preparation

  1. The chives, as we need very little quantity, we can cut it with a board and knife.

  2. We put all the ingredients in the glass and program 10 seconds, speed 6.

  3. We pour it into a bowl and reserve it in the refrigerator until serving time. That fast and that easy.

    Hello Ascen! I just wanted to share, after making and testing this sauce with your recipe, which I did not like, I loved it !!! This sauce is great, it has an incredible flavor, I have even used it to dip with chips and corn triangles. I put a small piece of red onion (you can also add pepper, parsley, coriander ... Other herbs to taste) together with the rest of the ingredients and set speed 10 for 7 seconds, lower the ingredients with the spatula and again another 5 seconds at speed 7, until I saw that the onion had been well chopped. The result has been wonderful and rich rich. Thank you!!

    I could not resist commenting on this recipe, since I see that there is only one comment after such a long time published. This sauce is incredible! Ideal for deluxe potatoes, but surely with vegetables and meats as well.
