Ingredients

1 kg of chicken thighs without bone, without skin and chopped (you can also put breast)
a large onion
50 g of virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
50 g of champignons or thistle mushrooms
1/4 zucchini with skin
1/4 of aubergine with skin
2 medium potatoes
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1 carrot, peeled
160 g of white wine
200 g of vegetable broth / chicken / water + avecrem tablet
1 teaspoon paprika sweet
150 g of fried tomato
salt to taste)
pepper (to taste)

Preparation

We put the chopped vegetables in the glass (except the potatoes), along with the oil. We shred 7 seconds at speed 5. Then we lower the remains of the walls with the spatula and program 15 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.
We put the butterfly on the blades, add the chicken and program 10 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1, left turn.
We add the wine and program 3 minutes, varoma temperature, left turn, speed 1.
Now add the salt, the pepper, the paprika, the fried tomato, the potatoes cut into small pieces and the broth. We program 20 minutes, varoma temperature, left turn, speed 1.
We check the point, in case we had to add more salt or pepper. Let it rest and then serve it with fried potatoes or white rice.
