Chicken Nuggets

In today's video we show you how to prepare some delicious chicken sandwiches, some nuggets with a special batter that the whole family will like.

In Thermomix we will prepare the dough of the breaded. also meat, which we will chop and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

Can be frozen once coated. I recommend that you put them on a greaseproof paper. After a few hours (or the next day) you can put them in a freezer bag. In this way you will prevent them from freezing in blocks.

They can be served as an aperitif, with your favorite sauces. They are also a good option for dinner, served with a salad.

Ingredients

For the breading:

  • 100 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 100g milk
  • 4 g of baking powder type Royal
  • 5 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • Bread crumbs

For the meat:

  • 1 / 2 garlic clove
  • 25 g of onion in pieces
  • 100 g of bread in pieces
  • 500 g of chicken breast in pieces
  • 15 g mustard sauce
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  • Some grated nutmeg

Plus:

  • Frying oil

Preparation

  1. We put the flour, the egg, the milk, the yeast and the oil in the glass. We program 10 seconds, speed 4. We take out a bowl and reserve it. 

  2. In the clean and dry glass we put the garlic and onion. We program 5 seconds, speed 7. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.

  3. We add the bread and program 5 seconds, speed 5.

  4. Add the chicken, mustard sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. We program 10 seconds, speed 5.

  5. We form balls with our hands and we support them on a tray.

  6. We crush them slightly with our hands and pass them through the dough that we have prepared at the beginning (which is rather liquid). Then we batter them in the breadcrumbs.

  7. We fry them in plenty of sunflower oil.

  8. When we remove them we are placing them on absorbent paper. We put them in a source and serve immediately.

    Soy is not indicated as an ingredient in the recipe, but it does appear in its development. How much to add?
