Chicken skewers with peanut sauce

You can tell that the good weather is coming. The days are longer and the agenda fills us with activities for the Weekend.

So these skewers with peanut sauce are perfect if you have to prepare a barbecue.

You just have to keep in mind that the meat takes about 30 minutes to acquire the flavor of the marinade. Then it will be skewered on skewers and directly on the barbecue or grilled.

I have to admit that peanut sauce is not suitable for those of strong flavors since in it they combine the peanut mixture with soy sauce. It is one of those things that you either like a lot or you don't like but it goes very well with the chicken skewer.

To complete this meal, it can be served with a white rice garnish basmati type or some roasted potatoes.

Let's go with the recipe!

a very good idea to surprise our friends in a barbecue ... and not always the same seasonings for the skewers. A big kiss

      Hello Sandra,

the truth is that the marinade gives a very good flavor to the chicken and thus, as you say, we can vary the seasonings.

      Kisses!

The recipe looks very good but I don't think it should be classified as suitable for celiacs since the soy sauce has wheat in its composition. Celiacs can have tamari (similar to soy sauce but much more difficult to find) but not soy sauce, at least those that are normally found in the market

      Hello Sonia,

The classification has already been modified and thank you very much for your clarification.

      Kisses!

    Hello Gema:
I've been looking on the internet and on some blogs they substitute well-whipped honey and lemon for soy sauce.
On the other hand, people with celiac disease substitute tamari for soy sauce ... can you take it? Look for it in health food stores or specialized stores.

I hope you find it useful.

    Kisses!!
