Chicken skewers with yogurt and mint sauce

I love bocrochetas. It is a different way of presenting an ingredient as common as chicken, but the fact of having it skewered on a stick, either wooden or metal, makes it much more fun.

In this case, we are going to have some chicken skewers accompanied with a refreshing yogurt and mint sauce.

Healthy skewers of juicy chicken drumsticks, garnished with a refreshing Greek yogurt and peppermint sauce. Ideal for summer dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • garlic salt (or garlic powder)
  • 2 unsweetened Greek yogurts
  • 1 / 2 chive
  • 1 cup of spearmint leaves (or mint)
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • shawl
  • pepper
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon of sugar
  • olive oil

Preparation

  1. We cut the thighs into long strips to thread them on the skewers. We season it with garlic salt (or garlic powder and salt) and pepper.

  2. In the glass we add the half chives, the mint leaves, a pinch of salt and another of pepper and we program 5 seconds, speed 5. We lower the remains of the lid and walls and repeat the operation again so that the chives are well chopped.

  3. We add the yogurts, the lemon and the sugar. We crush 10 seconds, speed 4. We withdraw.

  4. We cook the skewers on the grill and serve with the sauce.
