We are going to do today a stew in which mushrooms and chicken are the protagonists.

Sometimes you tell us that chicken it melts when you cook it in your machine ... It is a delicate meat and it can happen so my advice is to put large pieces. If after cooking we think they are not the right size, we can always chop them.

You will see that we will cook everything in Thermomix, in this case, in most of the steps, without putting the beaker (you will see it specified). Another little thing… it has a lot of “broth” and can even be called mushroom and chicken soup. I encourage you to make your own version of this dish, even adding White rice or pieces of bread.

A stew made in Thermomix with mushrooms and chicken meat.

Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken in large pieces
  • 600 g of arrows
  • 40 g onion
  • 50 g carrot
  • 30 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 hoja de laurel
  • 35 g of kitchen cream
  • Aromatic herbs
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper
  • 150 g of hot water or broth

Preparation

  1. We put the onion in the glass (in two pieces and peeled). We also put the carrot peeled and in pieces. We program 4 seconds, speed 7.

  2. We add the oil and program 4 minutes, 100º, speed 1. We do not put the goblet.

  3. At the end of the time we put the mushrooms in the glass and also the meat. We mix with the spatula and program 5 minutes, varoma temperature, counterclockwise, spoon speed. Again without beaker.

  4. Add the broth or water, salt if we consider it necessary, pepper, bay leaf and / or our favorite aromatic herbs. We program 20 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speedto. Without beaker.

  5. At the end of the time we add the cream and program 3 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed. Without beaker.
