Starting from the classic, famous and delicious salad We have made a new version, to which we have given a very current presentation in the form of an individual aperitif.

Best of all, you don't need a saucer, spoons, or any other disposable utensil. The endive leaves give it the perfect support and give it a crunchy texture delicious.

To prepare the salad stuffed endives we can use our favorite vegetables. I have opted for potato, carrot, peas and a little sweet corn. Of course, it is essential to mix it with the combination of mayonnaise and mustard that will give it a unique and very rich touch.

These chicory stuffed with salad have an original and very comfortable presentation for informal parties as they are served as a tapa.

Ingredients

  • 8 endive leaves
  • 200 g of peeled and chopped vegetables (potato, carrot, peas, sweet corn ...)
  • 10 green olives
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • 20 g mustard
  • Sal Island

Preparation

  1. Fill the glass with 800 g of water, add a generous pinch of salt and place the basket with the eggs inside. Close and place the Varoma in position with the chopped vegetables. Program 20 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 3.

  2. Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl until both ingredients are integrated.

  3. Separate, wash and dry the endive leaves. Drain the tuna and reserve. Fillet the olives and reserve.

  4. After time, carefully remove the Varoma. Refresh the vegetables to cut the cooking. Also refresh the cooked eggs and peel them.

  5. Chop one of the eggs and mix it with the vegetables and tuna. Add the mayonnaise mixture and stir so that all the ingredients are impregnated with the sauce.

  6. Fill the endive leaves with the mixture. Grate the remaining egg and spread over the endives. Finish decorating with the sliced ​​olives.

  7. Save in the fridge until serve.
