I love soups and spoon dishes. But especially I like oriental soups with noodles and very warm vegetables when it is cold. So today I wanted to share with you this new recipe, which is a very day and nutritious, fat-free, but with a different twist.

You can leave everything prepared in advance, except when you add the noodles, because if not, they can overcook and become too “pasty”. Anyway, it is a very fast soup to prepare, you will see, in just 15 minutes you will have it ready.
