Chocolate marshmallow cake

I wanted so much to make this cake… ever since I saw it in a book I loved it and I kept it in my head remembering it every month and I never found the time to prepare it. But finally a meal was presented to me and I said, I'll bring dessert! So I got down to work ... and the first thing was, what are the marshmallows? I understood that it was a plant ... but they were also clouds !! ¡¡candy clouds!! And I said, won't a cake with clouds be too cloying? Well, no, it was super tasty, nothing heavy (and I tell you that I'm not sweet at all).

And this was my first experience with clouds in baking and I have to admit that it is a bit cumbersome to work with them... don't be scared if when you are melting and mixing them they create a dense and sticky mass that seems inedible! I assure you that when you mix it with the egg whites, as if by magic, they will become manageable xD And I tell you this because this is what my friends at school told me. Thermorecetas, which I wrote to them running to ask if that dense and sticky texture was normal or if I had done something wrong. And they told me the same thing “don't worry, when you mix it with the egg whites it will become manageable” and they were absolutely right, thanks for the help girls!!
