This summer do not let it go by without trying these delicious chocolate ice cream. They are beautiful, colorful and with an exquisite flavor.

    Hello, I am making this ice cream and the freshly made cream does not have the consistency that you see in the video.
    I imagine that you have to leave it inside the pastry bag in the fridge for a while until it takes shape… is that right?

      If it has not taken consistency for any reason, leave it in a bowl or in the same sleeve, but put it in the refrigerator so that it sets. In this way, it will be possible to improve the filling of the ice cream. Thank you for your comment Carmen.
