Chocolate cups with eyes

We leave you one more idea for Halloween night: some fun chocolate cups with eyes. It's as simple as it gets, it's amazing and really irresistible. In Thermomix, in a few minutes, we are going to prepare a delicious chocolate cream. We will distribute it in small glasses, in my case, coffee cups, which is what I had most on hand.

Then we will only have to decorate them. I have used some clouds, chopped (mine are white and yellow), with a dot of melted chocolate in the center.

You can follow this idea of ​​the eyes and fill other cups with rice pudding. you will have two funny desserts for the night more terrifying year.

Ingredients

• 60 g of sugar
• 100 g of fondant chocolate and a little more for the eyes
• 20 g flour
• 500 g semi-skimmed milk
• 2 eggs

Preparation

1. Put the sugar, the chocolate in pieces and the flour in the glass. We program 20 seconds, speed 7.

2. We add the milk and the eggs. We program 7 minutes, 90º, speed 4.

3. We distribute the mixture in small cups, in my case, in coffee cups. We fill them well, to the brim.

4. When a few minutes have passed, we put our eyes on them. To make those eyes we just have to chop up some clouds and put a little melted chocolate in the center of each portion (chocolate can be melted in the microwave). I have put it with one of the skewers of a fork but you can use a skewer stick.

5. You can serve it cold (keeps it in the fridge) or warm.

Notes

Once we have the cream in the glasses (before putting our eyes) we can cover it with plastic wrap, making it touch the cream. This way the top will not dry out and will not darken. At the time of serving, we will only have to remove the transparent film and place the eyes.
