It is not a light dessert or to prepare daily but a small whim that we can have as a snack or as a dessert. Carries chocolateHence its intense flavor, and also some pieces of peach that will remain creamy after baking.

It's a recipe suitable for celiacs which is prepared in a few minutes. We will mount the egg whites and reserve them, so the rest of the steps we have to do quickly so that those whites do not fall off.

Serve it with natural yogurt, sugarfree, to counter the sweetness of our little whim and give it even more prominence.

A delicious dessert, with chocolate and fruit

Ingredients

  • 90 g of roasted hazelnuts
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g olive oil
  • 100 g of chocolate fondant
  • 80 g of sugar

Preparation

  1. We prepare a rectangular mold, type plum cake, covering it with moistened parchment paper. A round mold of about 20 centimeters in diameter can also serve us.

  2. We turn on the oven at 170º.

  3. We put the hazelnuts in the glass and grate them by programming 10 seconds, speed 10. We take them out of the glass and reserve them in a small bowl or on a plate.

  4. We wash and dry the glass. We separate the yolks from the whites and put the 3 egg whites in the glass. We fit the butterfly on the blades and mount them in speed 4. In a few minutes they will be ready. We remove the whites from the glass and reserve them in a large bowl.

  5. Without washing the glass, but now without the butterfly, we put the three egg yolks, the oil, the sugar and the hazelnut flour in it. We program 1 minute, speed 3.

  6. We take advantage of that minute to melt the chocolate in the microwave.

  7. We put the chocolate that we have just melted in the glass and program 6 seconds, speed 3.

  8. We put this mixture that we have just prepared in the bowl where we have the egg whites and we integrate everything well, using the spatula and with enveloping movements.

  9. We distribute our dough in the mold that we have prepared in the first step.

  10. We peel a peach or two, depending on the size, and cut it into small wedges.

  11. We place the pieces by fitting them slightly on the surface of the dough.

  12. We bake our dessert at 170º for 45 or 50 minutes.
