Chocolate sauce for desserts and toppings

Do you want to give your favorite sponge cake a special touch, make a little sin out of natural yogurt or present some scoops of ice cream with a chocolate sauce which is also very simple? Well, prepare today's recipe. It works for everything!

It's caloric, I know, so if you're on a diet, don't read on. But I anticipate that it works even to fill muffin.

Ingredients

• 140 g of chocolate for desserts
• 100 g of sugar
• 100g butter
• 2 eggs
• 10 g of liquid cream

Preparation

1. We put the chocolate in pieces, the butter (also in pieces) and the rest of the ingredients in the glass. We program 8 minutes, 37º, speed 1. We schedule below 5 more minutes, 70º, speed 1.

2. We put our sauce in a pot and let it cool down to room temperature.

3. We will have it ready to use as cover. If not, we keep it in the fridge.
