Chocolate truffles and clouds

Chocolate truffles and clouds

At Christmas I like to have chocolate truffles and ready clouds. So I can entertain friends and family with a whim either in the afternoon or in the middle of the afternoon with a coffee.

Lately I also use them to surprise with a detail. There is always someone I want to thank for something, be it formal commitment or special affection. So I put them on boxes pretty and I look like a queen.

If you have many of these commitments you can also prepare some Christmas cookies.

I would like to emphasize that although the recipe indicates that it takes 1 hour, in reality, it does not take that long because the rest and cooling time is included. They are much more quick and easy to do than you think!

I hope you cheer up!

What are the clouds that you comment, those of the sweets that children and not so children eat

Those, those same !! They are also called hams or sponges. They are soft and white or pink.

      Kisses!

      Hello Rocio,

good morning. I also sign up for these truffles. In the first step, what do you mean when you say "are they tears?" is it some kind of special chocolate? And what% cocoa should dark chocolate have?
