Although those who already know me know that most of my recipes are aimed at taking care of our diet by controlling the consumption of sugars and fats, from time to time nobody is bitter about a sweet. I present one of my 'sinsfavorites: cinnamon rolls.
It may be the confectionery the field within the gastronomic world in which I most like to work and investigate since it is usually more elaborate, rewarding and beautiful than other types of dishes. In this case we speak of a bollo Tender and little sweet stuffed with a cream of cinnamon and butter that will delight everyone in breakfast y snacks. The glaze that I propose at the end is totally optional, but it will give it an irresistible touch of additional sweetness.

I've been making these rolls since before I bought my Thermomix and once I got hold of the gadget I decided to adapt the recipe to get the most out of it and get as little dirty as possible.
