Surprising alone and with the pepper ... But I got 3 servings instead of 6.
We give you the go-ahead for this Christmas. For my grandmother to eat soft things

I'm so glad David! About the portions, my glasses are tiny, but if you liked them a lot, you can double the amounts so that you get 6 servings. Thank you!! 🙂

    Hey.
I already have everything bought to do it, but… I have the doubt of whether the cod is cooked in the water or in the steamed basket.
I imagine the latter, but the phrase "We drain with the help of the basket" misleads me. Sorry, I'm a bit thick, hahaha, it seems that the others have understood because no one asks.
Thank you very much and happy holidays
    Thank you

      Hello, Martha,
the cod is made directly in the glass, not in the basket. The thing about draining in the basket is to drain it when you remove it from the glass, but come on, you can use a drainer for a lifetime 😉
Don't worry about asking! That is what we are for, it all happens to us. Can you send us a photo on facebook?

Irene, you are a sun. Thanks for your quick response. I'm going to the kitchen right now !!!
I will make the recipe duplicated; I have got 12 glasses like the ones you show us on the blog, with Christmas motifs… fir trees… balls… Santa Claus hats…
I would love to send you a photo but I don't have Facebook: /
If you want, I do it through whatsapp to a mobile that you tell me.

I did it on Three Kings Day. I exist! Even my nephews and brother-in-law loved it. And that they are not fish.

Hi Franbp, thank you very much for your comment. I am very glad that you liked it and that we have managed to fool the most reluctant diners to fish 😉 A hug !!
