Ice coffee

coffee-frappe

Un iced coffee covered in foam, smooth and creamy. Mmhhh… Don't you feel like it? Well we can do it in a few minutes with Thermomix. And it is ... delicious.

If you liked our iced coffee, encourage you to try this variety. The Ice coffee It is an instant coffee with ice, very smooth and frothy (hit in French it means agitated). It is a very popular drink in Greece and Cyprus, especially in summer. It is the basis of other variants such as Iced Cappuccino American (iced cappuccino) or our frappuccino European. The original is made without milk, but I personally like this variant better.

It is very very important that in order for this coffee to come out with its foam you use instant coffee, it is not worth using coffee already prepared. That is, in the cup you have to add the already prepared but soluble coffee, not the coffee maker. Otherwise, it would not be so sparkling.

Do you know if it can be made with rice, almond or soy milk?
    And with liquid coffee?

      Hi Piki,
Sure, substitute cow's milk for your favorite non-dairy milk. About coffee it is essential to use instant coffee the coffee from the pot is not worth it.
      A hug!

Some time ago I made a frappe with the thermomix and I have tried this recipe and it does not finish me, too much milk for so little coffee. Also too sweet. I have added two tablespoons of Nescafé to try to correct it.

This recipe deserves a round of applause, the best frappe coffee I have ever had! It seems the multiplication of the loaves and the fish, you pour 100ml of milk and when you open the jug is at the top. Thank you for the recipe.
