El Cantaloupe melon It is that round and small, with the greenish yellow exterior and the orange pulp. We have used it on this occasion to make a starter or a first course, a cold cream different salty, intense orange color.
It is very easy and inexpensive. It's made on Thermomix, with very few ingredients and in about 20 minutes. You can serve it like this, without anything, or with some slices of Serrano ham.

Cold orange melon cream
