Corn crackers

To make the dough for these corn crackers you just have to put all the ingredients in the glass. Our kitchen robot is in charge of grinding the cereals and mixing everything.

Then we will have to spread it but you will see that it is a very easy to work, especially if we use greaseproof paper.

Be careful with the ingredients because one of them is cornmeal. I mean the one we used to make the polenta, not the one known as Maizena. Cornmeal is now easily found in stores and is useful even for batters.
