Cream quesada with yogurt

We have a very simple and quick recipe to make. It's about this cake cheese, with very selective ingredients such as cheese, cream and yogurt, and thus have a perfect combination of flavor.

We need our robot to mix the ingredients and do it very quickly and efficiently. We would only have to pour it into the cake pan and bake it.

This cottage cheese cake is incredibly delicious, its ingredients such as cheese, cream and yogurt are the perfect combination to create this creamy cake with a special flavor.

Ingredients

  • 300 g Burgos type cheese
  • 500 ml cream to assemble
  • 1 yogurt (125g)
  • 1 glass of yogurt with sugar
  • 1 glass of medium wheat flour yogurt
  • 1 glass of milk yogurt
  • 1 envelope of curd
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of butter to grease the mold
  • A teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Preparation

  1. We prepare a silicone mold of 18 cm in diameter. Spread all sides with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon powder. Remove and turn on the oven at 170 °.

  2. In our Thermomix glass we put all the remaining ingredients: 300 g of Burgos type cheese, 500 ml of cooking cream, 125 g of yogurt, the imediate glass of sugar yogurt, the imediate glass of wheat flour yogurt, the glass of milk whole, the 4 eggs and the envelope of curd.

  3. We mix it all up by programming during 40 seconds at speed 5.

  4. We must observe that all the ingredients have been mixed well, if not, we can program it for another few seconds.

  5. We put the mixture in the mold that we had prepared and put it in the oven at medium height, with heat up and down. We bake it for 55 minutes or until we see that it has curdled, since everything will depend on the oven.

  6. Insert a toothpick and see that it comes out clean. Once the time has passed, we turn off the oven and let the cake rest inside the oven and with the door closed for 10 minutes.

  7. Take the cake out and let it cool. For it to set completely, we will put it in the refrigerator for a few hours until we see that it has taken its shape.

  8. To serve it, it admits any accompaniment: cream, creams, sauces and even fruit. Although alone it is incredibly exquisite.
