Mmmm really delicious !! We had roasted pumpkin at home and quickly thought of making this recipe. What a success, we have loved it.

The taste is very mild and the Brie cheese gives you a creaminess and a unique flavor. You can accompany it with crispy bacon and ham cubes.

Ingredients

• 500 g roasted pumpkin
• 100 g of brie cheese
• 50 g olive oil
• A pinch of salt
• A pinch of ginger
• A pinch of white pepper
• 200 g of vegetable broth

Preparation

1. We put all the ingredients in the glass and program 10 minutes, speed 1, temperature 100 °. Then we grind 1 minute, progressive speed 5-7-10.

2. If it is too thick, we can add water to our liking.
