A fantastic recipe to surprise our guests: Shots of white bean cream with crispy jerky. I promise you that the recipe, the easier it cannot be. In this case what we are going to do is give all the prominence to the presentation of our dish, so that people are left with their mouths open when in reality they are not doing anything other than eating a legume puree with vegetables. Of course, we will give it a touch of grace with our crispy jerky.

El crispy you can also make it with ham or bacon. To do this, you just have to put a sheet of kitchen paper, the slices of what you have chosen separated from each other, cover it with another sheet of kitchen paper, put another plate on top and put in the microwave at maximum power for a few minutes. Depending on the fat of the sausage you have chosen, it will have to be more or less time. I recommend that you go putting 45-second intervals and see how it is. In the case of the jerky, the time was very short because it has less fat, I only had it for a minute (in 30 second intervals).

Although it was not intended as a Christmas recipe, it is so colorful that you can use it for one of the cocktail-type starters.

Ingredients

• 200 g of cooked white beans
• 1 Carrot
• 1 / 2 cebolla
• 500 g of vegetable or chicken broth
• salt to taste
• pepper to taste
• A pinch of nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon of vinegar
• crispy jerky (I'll explain how to do it in the introduction)

Preparation

1. We put the carrot and onion in the glass and crush 5 seconds, speed 5.

2. We lower the remains of the lid and walls and add the rest of the ingredients, except the vinegar. We program 20 minutes, temperature 100º, spoon speed.

3. We add the vinegar and crush progressive speed 5-7-10 for 1 minute.

4. We serve in shots or in small glasses accompanied by the crispy jerky.

Notes

We can leave everything prepared in advance and simply heat up the cream before serving it. [br]You can also prepare the crispy jerky beforehand and leave it stored in a tightly covered tupperware outside the refrigerator.
