A fantastic recipe to surprise our guests: Shots of white bean cream with crispy jerky. I promise you that the recipe, the easier it cannot be. El crispy you can also make it with ham or bacon. To do this, you just have to put a sheet of kitchen paper, the slices of what you have chosen separated from each other, cover it with another sheet of kitchen paper, put another plate on top and put in the microwave at maximum power for a few minutes. Depending on the fat of the sausage you have chosen, it will have to be more or less time. I recommend that you go putting 45-second intervals and see how it is. In the case of the jerky, the time was very short because it has less fat, I only had it for a minute (in 30 second intervals).

Although it was not intended as a Christmas recipe, it is so colorful that you can use it for one of the cocktail-type starters.
