This dessert is truly insane. It is very creamy and with a perfect sweet, that you will want to eat it at all hours. It is another of our very simple and rescued recipes and the good thing about it is that you will prepare it in a few minutes.
You can prepare this recipe with a hand blender or with a robot like the Thermomix. You just have to mix all the ingredients and put them in our mold.
This dessert is prepared in the oven, it will take time to make it set, but the end will be worth it. If you want to try it, do not lose detail of its steps.

Neapolitan flan, creamy and delicious

Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 pot of approximately 400 g of condensed milk
- 400 ml of evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 110 g of cream cheese type Philadelphia
- Liquid candy
Preparation
We heat the oven to 200 °. In a glass where we are going to prepare the mixture we will put: the 4 eggs, the 400 g of condensed milk, the 400 ml of evaporated milk, the 110 g of cream cheese and the teaspoon of essence vanilla.
We mix all the ingredients until we see that there are no lumps and it is completely liquefied. If we do it with the Thermomix we can program it during 30 seconds at speed 4,5.
Prepare a round silicone mold or one that can be easily unmolded, about 18 cm in diameter. We spread its caramel base with a good layer.
Add the cream on top and place it on another larger tray, where we will have filled with water. The idea is to bake it in the oven using the bain-marie technique.
We cover the round mold with aluminum foil and put everything in the middle of the oven, with heat up and down. We wait for it to curdle around 1 hour and 10 minutes.
When it is curdled, let it cool in the mold itself. Then we put it in the fridge and wait a couple more hours for the flan to take on much more body.
We serve very cold and we can accompany it with whipped cream.
