Creamy cheesecake with vanilla aroma

Do you want a quick and easy dessert and with all the cheese flavor? Well, if you like creamy desserts in the style of cheesecakes, you cannot miss this delight! It is made almost alone and the best thing is, it does not need an oven! So yeah, suddenly you have to make a dessert at lightning speed, this may be a perfect option. Just remember that it needs about 3 hours of rest in the fridge for the curd to act.

At the base we have used some muffins, but you can put sobaos, pieces of cake or cookies. And the vanilla flavor is optional, you can do without it if you don't like it or don't have it on hand.

Ingredients

• Liquid candy
• 500g milk
• 500 g of cooking or whipping cream
• 200 g Philadelphia cheese spread
• 180 g sugar
• 2 sachets of curd
• 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar or 5 drops liquid vanilla
• 1 finger thick pieces of muffins or any other muffin to put on the surface

Preparation

1. We caramelize a flan or plum cake type mold. We booked.

2. We add the rest of the ingredients to the glass and program 9 min. 100º, speed 4.

3. We carefully pour over the mold and cover with the muffin base.

   

4. Cover with film glued to the surface and let it temper.

5. We keep in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

6. We unmold.
