Let say goodbye to winter with a soup creamy with corn because, the truth is, today is what you want the most. We will have time to enjoy the good things of spring!

Also, this recipe has many interesting features. This gluten-free, it takes less than 30 minutes and is very economical. Reasons that convince and if we take into account that it is honeyed and satiating, it may even become our favorite soup.

Ingredients

  • 100 g of diced bacon
  • 300g Kennebec potatoes
  • 500 g of vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon (dessert size) dried onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon (dessert size) minced garlic
  • 1/4 tablespoon (dessert size) turmeric
  • 100 g frozen sweet corn
  • 20 g of rice flour
  • 35g milk
  • 50 g of grated Emmental cheese
  • 70 g of cream for cooking
  • Chopped parsley
  • Salt and black pepper

Preparation

  1. We put the bacon in the glass and brown it for 5 minutes, varoma temperature, spoon speed. We withdraw and reserve

  2. We put the peeled potatoes and cut into medium pieces in the glass. Add the vegetable broth, onion, garlic and turmeric. We cook it all together for 10 minutes, 100º, spoon speed.

  3. In a bowl we melt the flour with the milk and when the time is up we add it to the glass. We also add the sweet corn and season. We keep cooking for 8 minutes, 100º, spoon speed.

  4. Next we add the grated cheese, the cream and half of the bacon. We program 1 minute, speed 1, left turn without heat. So that the ingredients are mixed with the residual heat.

  5. We serve in bowls and decorate the rest of the bacon that we had reserved and with chopped parsley.

Notes

If you don't have grated cheese, start the recipe by grating it for 5 seconds at speed 8.[br]If you see that the broth is very liquid, mash a few pieces of potato with the fork and mix it with the rest of the broth. You will see how it thickens immediately.[br]If you don't have Kennebec potatoes you can use another kind such as Spunta, Baraka, Belle de Fontenay. They all cook very well without falling apart too much.
