Creamy pasta with Gorgonzola and carrot

I like today's recipe for several reasons: creaminess What are we going to give to the pasta, because of how rich the Gorgonzola cheese is with the pear and how original and colorful the dish is thanks to the carrot.

You can follow all the steps in the video. This time we are going to use the Thermomix to prepare the sauce and also a saucepan to cook the pasta. The good thing about this is that, if we have little time, while the pasta is cooking we can prepare our cream.
