A special recipe for a special occasion. Due to its ingredients and the calories they have, these Crepes we cannot consume them often. But a day is a day.

The crepes can be filled with whatever we want: ham and cheese, tuna ... We can also cover the béchamel with a good grated cheese, replacing the mozzarella. Do not hesitate to customize the plate at your whim.

And do not throw you back from forming them in the pan because cooking that dough is easier than it seems. In the video that you have below you can see it.

Ingredients

For the crepes:

  • 30 butter g
  • 400g milk
  • 200 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the bechamel:

  • 500g milk
  • 30 butter g
  • 50 g flour
  • A little bit of salt
  • Ground pepper

For the filling and the gratin:

  • 250 g of cooked ham
  • 2 balls of mozzarella

Preparation

  1. To prepare the crepes, we put the butter in the glass and melt it by programming 2 minutes, 70º, speed 2.

  2. We add the milk, the flour, the eggs and the salt. We program 20 seconds, speed 4.

  3. We let the dough rest for about 30 minutes, if we want in a bowl, and thus we can take advantage of this time to wash and dry the glass.

  4. After that time we butter a pan (better if it is non-stick) and we form the crepes, as seen in the video, letting them cook on both sides.

  5. We are taking them out and putting them on a large plate. When they are all done, we cover them with another plate or with a cloth.

  6. We now prepare the bechamel. In the clean and dry glass we put all the ingredients of this sauce: milk, butter, flour, salt and pepper. We program 8 minutes, 100º, speed 4.

  7. Once made, we distribute part of that bechamel in a large oven-safe dish.

  8. We fill each crepe with cooked ham and mozzarella or with another cheese that we like. We fold them as seen in the video and we place them in the source, on the béchamel.

  9. Cover with the rest of the béchamel sauce and distribute the remaining mozzarella on the surface.

  10. Bake at 180º for approximately 30 minutes, until we see that it is golden.
