As I promised you in my previous recipe, today I leave you this post to explain how I make the crispy bacon and ham. Now with Christmas they will be very good resources to decorate creams, soups or sandwiches.
I also wanted to apologize because the photos are not the most beautiful in the world, I had them saved without the intention of publishing them, but since there are many of you who have asked me how these crunchies are made, I thought you would like to see them even if they were not too beautiful? because they are quite explanatory.
We are going to use two techniques: oven and microwave. This way we give more possibilities for those who only have one of the two things. In addition, this technique is very good because we eliminate part of the fat that the ham and bacon contain and that will be collected on a kitchen paper.
