After behaving well throughout the week and fulfilling the purpose of taking care of ourselves a little, we can allow ourselves the odd whim or prize. Today I bring you a good dessert sweet y tasty that everyone will like. Nails almond custard with brandy.
A few days ago we said goodbye to Christmas and began to set goals to combat the excesses of the holidays. Last week I proposed you a light recipe. This time I will not be so good, although the truth is that these custards are quite light if we compare them with the traditional ones. Much of the fat in this dessert comes from almonds that are very healthy. So you have no excuse. You will surely love them.

Almond custard with brandy. The traditional flavor where the ingredients of the classic dessert come together with the flavor of almonds and the aroma of brandy.

Ingredients

• 50 g of raw almonds without skin
• 80 g of sugar
• 50 g of pastry flour
• 600g milk
• 3 eggs
• 40 butter g
• 40 g of brandy

Preparation

1. We pour the almonds and sugar into the glass and pulverize programming 10 seconds at speed 10.

2. Add the flour, milk, eggs, butter and brandy and mix by programming 10 seconds at speed 5. Then we cook by programming 7 minutes, temperature 90º and speed 4.

3. We pour into bowls, cups or clay pots.

4. Let cool and serve.
