These little morsels are said to contain the souls of the deceased and putting this sweet on our tables is remember them and pay our respects to them.

Do you want to know more about gluten-free dead beans?

Although there are endless recipes, the basic ingredients of these beans are almonds, sugar and flour. Depending on the area or region of Italy where you are, you can see them made with almonds and pine nuts, flavored with lemon or cinnamon and even covered with chocolate.

So we have launched ourselves and have developed our own gluten free version using rice flour instead of wheat flour.

These cookies are perfect for cook with children because the dough is done in a matter of seconds and the dough is very easy to work with. You just have to let it cool down a bit for it to take shape.

El size You can also adapt it to your tastes. We like them to be snacks, so we make them about 15 grams although you can make them larger.

With these amounts, some 20 units. If you are thinking of using this recipe for your buffet or Halloween party, Samaín or snack for the Dead or All Saints, you can double the quantities and make more units.

Se keep well if you keep them in the typical cookie tin, although I couldn't tell you the maximum date because at home they are seen and not seen. 😉
