Prawn stuffed eggs

Today I bring you an idea for summer dinners: stuffed eggs. However, this time we move away from the classic tuna with tomato to fill them with Shrimp Scampi and a white sauce based on cream cheese and mayonnaise.

If you like it, a touch of spice is ideal. I have not put it in the recipe, but the options would be to add a cayenne while we fry the garlic and prawns and remove it later, or add a few drops of tabasco at the end of the pasta.
Also cook eggs in the Thermomix It is wonderful, they will always come out just right. In this case, we will put them in for 14 minutes, since to fill them we need both the white and the yolk firm.
