Deviled eggs are a solution to go from picnic, eat at the office or just leave dinner too early. Their great advantage is that they can be prepared in advance and are very easy to transport.

Surely you have already prepared the most classic recipe which is with tuna and mayonnaise. But in Thermorecetas or several recipes so that we do not have to always fill the eggs in the same way.

Until now we have opted for seafood fillings, but today is a more earthy option, made with York ham and seasoned with fine herbs. Ideal for combine with a green salad.

If you prepare them in advance, remember to keep them in the fridge. So when you get home they will be fresh and with all its flavor.

Everything has to have meat in some form? These eggs can be made perfectly without the ham. Post recipes for vegetarians please.
