Now that cold and rainy afternoons arrive, it is the perfect time to prepare recipes like today's. The fried donuts that we are going to prepare are made with baker's yeast so we will need to respect the times necessary for the dough to grow.

In the video you will see everything. We are going to prepare the dough in Thermomix, then we will let it rest, we will divide it and we will shape the donuts. Then, after another rest, we are going to fry them in plenty of sunflower oil.

They are rich freshly made (still hot) and also cold. Encourage yourself to prepare them because the dough works great.
