Potato salad in Thermomix

We propose a salad with the typical ingredients of these dates: our Easter salad.

Un traditional stew It cannot be missing these days but I propose those ingredients of the stew in another version, without spoon. It's not the same, I know, but it's one more option.

We will bring it to the table with a garlic oil and each diner can prepare their dish to their liking.

Ingredients

  • A liter of water
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  • 100 g olive oil
  • 400 g small potatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g spinach
  • 500 g of desalted cod
  • 300 g cooked chickpeas (canned or cooked by us in advance)
  • 3 cloves of garlic

Preparation

  1. We put the water, a teaspoon of salt and 20 g of olive oil in the glass.

  2. We place the basket in its position and put the potatoes (well washed) and the eggs inside.

  3. We put the lid on and place the varoma container on top. In that varoma container we distribute the spinach.

  4. We now place the varoma tray in its position and put the cod on it.

  5. We close the varoma with its lid and program 25 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

  6. We carefully remove the varoma with the tray. We remove both the cod and the spinach to a platter. We also remove the eggs from the basket and reserve them.

  7. We now put the chickpeas in the varoma container. We place the varoma in its position, with the lid, and program 5 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

  8. The legs should already be cooked. If they are not, we schedule a few more minutes.

  9. We put the potatoes with the vegetables and the cod. We peel the eggs and put them in as well. We put the chickpeas in the source.

  10. We remove the water from the glass. We wash and dry it.

  11. We put the garlic and 80 g of olive oil in the glass. We program 3 minutes, speed 8. We schedule now 3 minutes, 120º, speed 1. We put the flavored oil in a bowl or sauce boat.

  12. We bring to the table our platter with all the cooked ingredients and also our freshly made sauce. We let each diner compose their salad according to their tastes.
