Chocolate milkshake

easy recipe thermomix chocolate shake

This delicious shake was recommended to me by a follower of those who usually visit the web. And, as a good chocolate addict, I couldn't resist.

I had all the ingredients at home and with these heats I just wanted something fresh and sweet at once. So, it was the ideal time to prepare it from picnic.

The milkshake comes out great but it occurred to me to decorate it with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. You can imagine how it turned out! I confess that those two glasses in the photo I drank. I can not resist. How bad is this heat that makes me weak with my diet! 😉

From here I apologize because there are so many of you who send us recipes that right now I do not remember their name. But it wouldn't hurt to leave me a comment and that's how we name the shake.

I'm leaving, what a grace! it seems we have telepathy. What a coincidence, because this recipe was scheduled to be published a month ago when I prepared all the recipes before I went on vacation.
But is that chocolate is irresistible and I see that it attracts ... heh, heh.

Silvia first of all thank you for publishing these recipes that with your help and the thermomix, a marvel.
I have been with her for a short time and I make a mess with the flours, I don't know what difference there is in wheat flour, pastry or strength.
I would beg you to send me an e-mail and tell me the differences.
        All the best
        Montse

          Hello Montse,

We have taken so long to respond that surely by now you already know perfectly how to use some flours and others. But the intention is what counts and here we are!

The strength flour is ideal for making both normal and mold loaves.
I use wheat flour for the rest; cakes, muffins, cookies ...
The biscuit flour is the one that already has a leavening or yeast included, with which when making any preparation it will rise. I make it at home and use it only for pastries (cakes, muffins ...). Never to make bread.

          I hope it helps you!

          Kisses.

    what a look it has…. a question can cocoa be cola-cao ??

Many fecities for your blog, this summer I have made several of your recipes and they have been a success

    1.    Silvia said

Yes Esther, you can make it with cola-cao, if you don't have powdered chocolate. I think it will also look good. But you will have to add more cola-cao and less sugar.

It looks great, and I'm going to do it. But I have a doubt, evaporated milk is the ideal and the other, whole milk, skimmed, or is it worth the one that I have at home? I hope you answered me soon to make the recipe as soon as possible, hahaha what a sweet tooth we women are

    1.    Silvia said

Yes Barbara, evaporated milk is the ideal milk and the other is the one that you normally use to drink. I hope you like it, when you do, you will tell us. All the best

Hello Silvia!!! I love your recipes, I have followed you for a long time and now is the first time I comment since I have seen the same shake on another website and my mouth is watering, to top it off I am pregnant with what you will understand I can not keep me waiting little ... heh heh One thing, here in Argentina I can't get evaporated milk, do you know why I could substitute it?
Thank you very much and congratulations on your dedication!

    1.    Silvia said

Aida, I have never had to substitute evaporated milk but searching on google I found this comment, to see if it works for you.
Buy lincott heavy cream and mix it with whole milk (ratio 1/3 cup milk to 1 cup heavy cream)

I'm going to try it and I'll tell you!
