Mango Sorbet

I made this mango sorbet this weekend to accompany a chocolate cake. Taking advantage of the fact that I had guests for a coffee, it occurred to me that with the heat that begins to do, something was more appropriate cool to accompany the cake.

I tried the recipe in a class that is invited to the delegations of Thermomix® and the contrast of chocolate with this fruit seemed ideal.

The truth that it was a success, even for a friend it was the first time drank mango and they loved the sorbet.

Ingredients

• A frozen mango
• A lemon (peeled, without seeds and without the white part)
• A cup of sugar
• About 8 ice cubes

Preparation

1. Everything is put in the glass and programmed progressive speed from 5-10 for 1 minute.

2. We remove the beaker and stir with the spatula, doing the same operation again. 5-10 progressive speed until creamy.

3. We put it in glasses or glasses and we have it ready to drink.
