Strawberry lassi

easy recipe thermomix strawberry lassi

Strawberry lassi is an ideal drink for cool off on a hot afternoon. You can also do it with the strawberries that you have frozen and thus take advantage of them in a simple and delicious way.

Lassi is a traditional Indian drink made yogurt-based. It is drunk cold, as it has a great power to quench and quench thirst.

It can also be sweet or salt; the sweet version can have fruits such as banana, mango or papaya. And the salty is sometimes flavored with cumin and pepper.

Its texture is similar to a thick shake, between slush and smoothie. And it can be flavored with cardamom which is what they usually use in India or add peppermint to give it a little different.

Both my daughters and I loved it. That is why I recommend it for these hot afternoons or as a dessert for a copious meal to refresh and aid digestion.

How good looking, too bad I can't do it, because I'll have to wait for the strawberry season…. but I do guarantee that when there are strawberries I will also freeze ..
