We show you how to prepare an aubergine cream (called Bhurtha) very rich and also versatile.
It can be served as dip, with nachos or with bread sticks, but it can also be a great filler for some empanadillas vegetarian. Try it even as a sauce with any type of freshly cooked pasta.
A considerable quantity comes out (they are 500 g of aubergine). You can always reduce the amounts to half if you want to get less.
