Delicious and simple eggs stuffed with tuna and sweet corn. Creamy, smooth, delicate and with a fun texture. Perfect as a starter or dinner.

Ingredients

• 6 boiled eggs (here you have the recipe to cook eggs)
• 1/2 can of canned sweet corn well drained
• 1 can of tuna
• 2 large tablespoons topped with mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
• a pinch of sugar
• a pinch of salt
• a pinch of pepper
• dill for sprinkling

Preparation

1. We open the cooked eggs in half and remove the yolk.

2. Add the corn, tuna, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, salt, sugar, pepper and dill and program 10 seconds, speed 6.

3. Now add the yolks (reserving one and a half to decorate the dish at the end) and program 4 seconds, speed 4.

4. We fill the eggs with this preparation, we place them in a source.

5. Decorate with the crumbled egg yolks with your fingers on top and a sprinkle of dill.

Notes

They can be prepared in advance and stored in a tupper. We decorate when serving.
