I love this recipe today, because it is healthy, balanced, delicious and also super easy: emperor to varoma with ratatouille.
Without a doubt, the pisto in the Thermomix is something wonderful, I have been doing it for years and years and I do not get tired. There are many varieties of ratatouille, with more or less vegetables, with more or less tomato, with anchovies, with olives ... so you can make the one you like the most. We, for the recipe today, will make the classic Thermomix ratatouille recipe.
You can also add a little rice to accompany it: normal round rice, but basmati, long or jasmine rice would also be luxurious.
The important thing about this recipe is that you cook the fish just enough, so that it is very juicy. So with about 10 minutes to varoma is more than enough (depending on the thickness of the steaks of course). We are going to use baking paper to put on the varoma tray so that no fish juice falls into the glass and also to make it easier to clean. If you don't have baking paper, you can also use cling film (heat resistant) and silver foil.

Hi Javier, indeed, with 10 minutes, some emperor fillets have enough (keep in mind that we put a whole sea bream for 20 minutes). So we program the last 20 minutes of the ratatouille, and when 10 minutes pass you place the varoma with the fish 😉 thank you for writing !!
