Magic express pasta recipe: shells with tomato sauce and chistorra. Quick, simple and very tasty. Perfect for the little ones and for those moments of trouble when we don't have time to cook.

Ingredients

  • 550 g of water
  • 200 g of fried tomato sauce
  • 250 g of shells (or any other short pasta you like)
  • 200 g of chistorra
  • 75 g of butter or margarine
  • 1/2 onion, quartered
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (if the tomato is too acidic)
  • powdered cheese to taste

Preparation

  1. We put the onion and butter in the glass and crush 4 seconds, speed 5. Then we program 8 minutes, varoma temperature, spoon speed.

  2. Add the chistorra and chop 4 seconds, speed 5. Next we program 6 minutes, temperature 100º, spoon speed.

  3. Now add the water, the tomato (the sugar if the tomato is very acidic) and the pasta and program 15 minutes, 100º, spoon speed, left turn.

  4. We serve in a source or a plate, sprinkle oregano and powdered cheese to taste.
