Express Strawberry Dessert

I wouldn't know whether to call him sorbet or ice creamWhat is clear to me is that it is a strawberry dessert that can be prepared in no time and that it couldn't be more natural.

It does with frozen strawberries so, if you see cheap strawberries or strawberries on the market, do not hesitate to buy them. You clean them, chop them up and put them in the freezer, in plastic bags. And when you don't know what to make for dessert or snack, you mark this recipe.

A strawberry dessert with a spectacular color.

Ingredients

• 80 g of sugar
• 600g frozen chunky strawberries
• 30 g lemon juice
• 50 g of water

Preparation

1. We put the sugar in the glass and program 10 seconds, speed 10. We wait a few seconds before opening the lid. We remove the lid and lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.

2. Add the frozen strawberry in pieces and the lemon juice. we program 1 minute, speed 5, with the spatula inside the glass, fitting it in the mouth.

3. We add the water and program 20 seconds, speed 4.

4. We serve immediately.
