Farfalle with smoked salmon and avocado sauce

I propose a simple and very helpful recipe for Pasta with Salmon, having a smoked salmon sauce, onion and cream, to which I added half avocado that I had in the fridge as well as in a moment of inspiration and it gave me a great result. You can make it with your favorite pasta, I chose butterflies, which is how the Italians call our bows, although if we translated it they would be called butterflies, but we are like that, we like more that they are bows, like Minnie Mouse.

We will need to cook the pasta, I cook it while I prepare the sauce, in a separate container. But if you want to cook it in thermomix, here you have the technique.

Ingredients

• 300 g farfalle (bows)
• 200 ml of liquid cream for cooking
• Half ripe avocado (100 g approx.)
• 1 medium spring onion (120 g approx)
• 200 g smoked salmon
• 25 ml of aceite oliva
• Ground black pepper (optional)

Preparation

1. Cook the pasta following the manufacturer's instructions

2. While it cooks, we put the salmon in the glass. We chop during 7 seconds at speed 4. We take out and reserve.

3. Without having to wash the glass, we introduce the onion cut into quarters, salt to taste and the olive oil. We bite during 5 seconds at speed 5.

4. Next we program 10 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

5. Add the cream and salmon and program 5 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

6. We add the avocado and program 3 minutes, 100º, speed 2.

7. We taste and rectify the salt. We mix during 30 seconds at speed 2.

8. We serve the pasta with the sauce and sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
